“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6.
One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything)
Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone
...I guess it's enough....”
