“My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in.
