“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”

“Fantastic staff mostly shout out to poppy who was amazing ! Breakfast and pizzas amazing , views from pub garden lovely , Lady at breakfast very grumpy and told to leave the room early S she needed to clean it although we had an prior arrangement to book out late , she made us leave very rude ”

“It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth. Positives: Dale's down to earth approach Clean rooms Nice fellow residents! Maybe we were lucky ha. Fridge in room! “This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The pictures don't really do it justice. Courtney the owner up graded us to a larger room as the room that was allocated via the website was very small. Everything was very clean and was supplied with adequate tea,coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. These were topped up every day. The room was cleaned and the bed made up daily. “We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Maid’s Head Hotel. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and really comfortable. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious vegan options. It was such a treat to have so much choice. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time, and we can’t wait to go back!”

“We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”
