“The hotel was undergoing renovation and construction was occurring during my stay, which I was not told about till checkin, so there was noise from flooring being replaced on the holiday Monday. Floors in my room had hard patches of glue (tripping hazard) in places and also loose gravelly stuff (grout?) that had not been vacuumed up. Two out of the 4 mornings the breakfast area had no waffles or granola. Omelets were cold every day. Disposable wooden cutlery. Walls between rooms are so thin you...

“The smell’s so bad , was not even clean & ac was not working properly..”

“We stayed five days here, and we're completely satisfied. There were a couple issues with our first room, but the evening desk agent went over and above to accommodate, and make sure we were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the gym. The room was was quiet, and beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again”

“Room was clean and the hallways. Could have been a little cleaner around the building, but they did have a lot of people staying there. Staff were friendly enough, cleaning staff were very pleasant. We were surprised by the breakfast, it was a full cooked meal. Air conditioning was quite noisy. I found it quite noisy above us.”

“Great place to stay for multiple nights”

“Property and everything about my stay was outstanding. Only issue was residents of room beside mine partied until 2:00am my last night there. I went to front desk to inform them at 1:00am. Front desk called neighbouring room. As a result residents just turn music up full blast to drown out their noise. At 2:00 am I went to adjacent room to complain at which point two of the people left for a room further down hall. Party was over.”

“Breakfast and pool were enjoyed. Hotel is aging, hallways and rooms smelt a bit. Pool was always out of towels. A few small things to note but our Family enjoyed our 3 night stay.”
