“Breakfast was pretty standard; scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns. There weren't any fruit, muffins etc that stood out. The coffee was very good. Ample seating. Good enough fare to get a person on the road in the morning. The room was clean. Toilet is weird low seat! It could cause trouble for people with flexibility issues, older folks, bad knees etc...”

“Being on the side where people smoke outside and having the window open.”

“A few stains on the carpet in our room. Both outlets by the bed didn't work. Called the staff but they couldn't give us another room with a jetted tub. The guy driving the bus was honking at my wife who was in the car when i was checking in. I guess he thought the other guest coming in by the bus had more priority idk”

“This is our second time on the property, same room type. We chose this hotel due to the positive experience we had the time before. For the high price of the hotel and the downgraded customer service we received we will not be back. The room had a view of the roof and a/c units, and the room is definitely showing wear. From the torn lampshades to marks on furniture and walls. Keep in mind this is their most expensive room. I had brought an issue to the staff and they couldn't care less. I also...
