“The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There were 15 relatives staying in the hotel as we were in town for a memorial service the following day. “Everything was fantastic EXCEPT we cooked all night as they keep the hotel rooms at 74 and you can not open a window or adjust the settings… we had the worst sleep because it was so hot in the room…. My husband and I both sleep well in cooler environments… but had to keep getting up to put cold water on a face cloth. Unfortunately this will be a deal breaker for future stays ☹️”
