“Real cups and a microwave in the room.”

“The hotel overbooked their rooms, and didnt inform me. We drove 13 hours to find that they had no room for us. We didnt get a courtesy call even though I called them ahead of time to ensure they'd be fine with a late check-in. The staff was not helpful, and tried to pass the buck onto the other hotel that they booked us into. We were charged the same amount even though it was a less desirable hotel.”

“No restaurant on site, but right next door is a Tim Horton's and there are lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks walk.”

“It was close to the airport walk across the street and go to sleep. We arrived at 3 am and just wanted sleep. The was pubic hair all over the counter in front of the bathroom sink from the last person who stayed there. The pillow cases were fresh on the bed but the sheets were debatable. Smell someone’s aftershave on them. Noise from planes taking off as well due to location but I brought ear plugs so that didn’t matter. Location was handy.”
