Resort a Divisione No. 12

“We have stayed at this hotel before and really liked it, but this time we were very disappointed by the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Our tv had no connection and the heater in our room only blew cold air. There was a new thermostat system installed since our last stay and it did not function no matter what we tried. The room was so cold that we had to huddle under the covers to keep warm. It was only +2 overnight. We called to the front desk in the early evening to report these...

“Checkin staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant. Room was basic but nice and clean.”

“We found the property to be clean and the staff friendly and helpful. However, when deciding where to stay, one of our requirements was that our stay include breakfast. The description said breakfast was included; however, that is only true if you book directly with the hotel or as a Best Western loyalty member. We had to pay for our breakfasts because we booked through Expedia. Is this going to be the trend now? Totally not happy!!”

“Quiet”

“There was no one at the front desk for 15/20 mins when first got in to check in.”
