“Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return”

“On arrival no staff were present, the entire place was closed and in darkness, there were dirty cups lying outside in the patio area and a box of christmas crackers inside, all of the windows were filthy. When we contacted them by phone we were subjected to a rant about their problems. We elected not to stay.”

“The room was excellent with a nice view from the window, see the attached picture, but a little cramped to get past the bed (only about 12 inches). The bathroom was adequate however there was a danger of banging your head on the sharp corner of the sink unit when your were sitting on the toilet if you weren't paying attention. The bed was very comfortable which is what it's all about, and all in all I would willingly recommend the hotel. The free car park is a bonus as long as you can get in. I...

“On the arrival the staff were really pleasant and welcoming, a really quick check in. Went to the room (100) and it was warm and comfortable. The only down side was the noise from the restaurant and music below, it did go off at a respectable time tho, but then came on early for breakfast. That’s the down side so avoid room 100 and you will be fine.”
