“The front desk was very helpful”

“The staff was great, but the smell on the floor where we stayed was very disturbing. It may have been coming from the carpet, but the odor was noticeable throughout our stay and negatively affected the overall experience.”

“The elevators were the main issue during our 2 night stay. When we arrived only one of the 2 elevators was working. Long waits and we even got briefly trapped for 15 seconds when the elevator stopped suddenly. Then the worst thing happened, the day of our departure no working elevators and we had to carry all of our luggage plus a very heavy cooler down from the 5th floor.
