“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”

“My room was disgusting to be honest. Bedding was not clean, bathroom smelled so musty and the wall and tiles were falling apart. Had to keep the window open all night so there was fresh air and it wouldn’t smell, so I was quite cold and slept with a jacket on. I asked for a better room but none were available. Even the dirty bedding wasn’t changed when I told them about it. I was even asked not to write a bad review. Crazy bad experience for almost $200/night. Do not waste your money. Shocking...

“This hotel is using Ai driven security software using in room sensors to monitor guest behavior which was extremely annoying. High pitch frequencies ranging from 5 hz up to a peak of 22000hz was noticed, felt extremely uncomfortable,nauseating and was woken up constantly. I aksed the manager Warren to look into and was td to take my medicine. He had no regard for my concerns and has no apparent knowledge or concerns of any BC regulations. ”
