“This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. “This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside.”

“Large room and large bathroom. Did not like placement of bathroom light switch. Hard to find in the dark so had to leave the light on. Suggest adding a night light. Electric plug near tv fridge and coffee maker nweds to be upgraded to four outlets. Put a night stand on the window side of the bed not just between beds. Add a second suitcase stand. The door had barricade that was beyond any I had ever seen in an upscale area. Probably it is just standard hardware. Anyhow, it VERY secure!...

“If you stay here make sure they don’t put you on the 1st floor. My family and I will never be staying at this hotel again. We were put on the 1st floor and our room floor had water coming up from the seems everywhere. I told the front desk and the man there came to see and gave me extra towels to put on the floor. It didn’t help because the towels got soaked within an hour and then were just walking on wet towels. I told the front desk that we were very upset so she said they would have...

“It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.”

“Although only for one night, we had a lovely and comfortable stay. Pat, the owner, checked in with us before we arrived…, to be sure we were set. Complimentary beverages and snacks were so welcome after a long day on the road. We crashed on the couch and nibbled before we called it a nite.(just right mattress and pillows). In the morning (shower was great) we had good choices from the laid out continental breakfast. Nicole, the manager, welcomed us and asked if we needed any thing more. ...

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

“This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here.”
