“Das Hotel macht äußerlich einen luxuriösen Eindruck und für europäische Verhältnisse ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns jedoch sehr wohl gefühlt und von unseren Wandertagen (Bromo und Ijen) sehr gut erholen können. Wir haben eine Massage gebucht und die Masseurin ist zu uns ins Zimmer gekommen. So eine tolle Massage habe ich im ganzen Urlaub auf der Insel Java nicht nochmal bekommen. Das Frühstück ist gut und...

“Rooms needs really to be renovated. Dirty walls and carpet. The bathroom sink had a crack in the middle. Smell of humidity and yellowed hupholstery in the bathroom It is a pity since the hotel it a piece of history and it has beautiful inside gardens.”

“The room was clean and spacious, aircon and hot water are all working well. This hotel is also strategically located right across Tunjungan Plaza, with the overhead bridge right in front of the hotel. The sound proofing wasnt great, can hear noises from corridor as well as other rooms, and though my room faces the back alley, it is not spared from the noises of motorbike revving.”

“綺麗で良かったです。洗面所、トイレだけは狭い上に扉の位置関係で若干使いづらかったです。朝ごはんは非常に良かったです。”

“The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent.”
