“Room was very nice but a little cramped yo get into the bathroom. Also, there was a light switch when I first walked in but it wasn't connected to anything. We stumbled around til we found a light.”

“BEAUTIFUL place. We got married this weekend and chose to stay here. It had so much charm and character. Our kids loved the breakfast options and even better that it was included in our stay! Such a clean facility and the pool at the neighboring hotel was accessible to us and it’s was fantastic. The views were breathtaking and parking was so simple. We come every year and plan to stay here every time going forward.”

I loaded all my own luggage which I was able to do but no bellman offer Ladies helping at the front desk were less than congenial. I have stayed at the Tivoli for many many years but this was the first I felt bothered by the lack of friendliness and welcoming from front desk staff.”

I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back.”

“Propert was very nice, room was clean, check-in was easy. We were there in late June and it was in the mid 80’s during the day, this condo does not have AC, and is really close to I-70. It was too hot too sleep with the windows closed, and too noisy to sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if it was cooler weather.”

“I loved staying here - such a pleasant surprise. Rooms are nicely updated, VERY comfy beds, perfect location in Vail village, but the best part was the staff. Every person was so friendly; they chatted with us, offered amenities I did not even think to ask about, and just made our stay wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here next summer”
