Resort e hotel con spa a East Austin

“This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction. The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that...

“The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.”

“The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here”
