“The staff were horrible”

“Hi, the only problem we had was the bed. It was not comfortable and no board to hold the mattress in place. It was squeaky. Other than that everything was great!”

“The non-smoking rooms were smelly of smoke, mold, and mildew. Walls and ceilings were stained and dingy. Lack of electrical outlets. Left lights on overnight to avoid cockroaches being seen. Garbage built up outside the room. Two of us developed headaches overnight. We left without staying the second night. The only relatively good thing was sitting by the pool. Even that was spoiled as the pool faced the freeway and off ramp.”

“Room was so over fragranced it was unbearable. The odor was so strong it absorbed into our clothes. Found a whole house are freshener pad inside the air conditioner fan. Even after I removed it, the room was too far gone to recover. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor stuffed into a tiny toom which barely hold 10-12 people. Avoid it.”
