“Room 1856 We were surprised on check-in as the front desk clerks appeared to be a little confused. When we checked we noticed that there was a surreal amount of dust all over everything. We also noticed that there were no writing materials such as pad and paper which is always available and we needed it. “Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance.”

“The front desk told me when I called to say we’d be arriving late that they wouldn’t hold my room even though they had already charged it to my cc, finally said they’d hold it another hour (our flight was delayed) Then we got there oldest lobby (I know it’s motel 6) but it reeked of cigarettes everywhere especially our room which I was told was non smoking. Then somewhere in the early morning another random charge which I asked about and he said oh it’s expedia; but the charge came from motel 6...

“There is cigarettes underneath the bed. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. The headboard was ripped up and scratched up. You got there was no option to change my room to non-smoking. I only had smoking will not be staying there again.”
