Hotel a East Mountain

“Work still in progress changing it from whatever it was to a Hawthorne. Thermostat hanging sideways on wall, some caulking in room and main hallway needs to be touched up, no stopper in bathroom sink. OK for one night's sleep. Breakfast selection limited. Needs a good inspection review before calling it complete.”

“The owner of the place is out there working hand by hand inside by side cleaning up all the air conditioning unit.. and I have to say he worked harder than any of these workers.. I would recommend this is a good place to stay”

“No microwave in the rooms, wish the beds were more comfortable but overall good stay.”

“El desayuno no era como otros holiday inn, no habian salchichas de pavo, la pisina era super fria, el jacuzzi no funcionaba y el piso de la pisina se veia sucio, no la podimos utilizar, lo unico bueno era la limpieza del cuarto, pero esten mas al pendiente cuando se acaban los jabones. ”

“The hotel is good for the price. The best things were the sheets, the air conditioner, the towels and the breakfast. The sheets were the softest I’ve ever slept on. The mattress's need to be replaced. The air conditioner kept the room chilly like I like it. The room had a strange smell each time I entered. I didn’t notice once I was in the room a few minutes. It may have been the cleaning products that were used. The towels were plentiful and soft. The breakfast was good with choices such as...

“The property condition was okay, except when the remodeling was finished, the top of the refrigerator was about 1/4 thick with dust and dirt. Also, no toilet paper was present in the restroom. The check-in staff was good However they were not very accommodating when we requested additional towels.”

“The beds and bedding were A+ but the carpets were worn. The showers and the bath was visibly worn, but you could tell they were workinking to take care of everything.”

“I don't like sharing rooms with animals. Spark is a Pet Friendly hotel. The first room I was given had a strong kennel smell. Even after maid service sprayed it. Just covered the urine and whatever smell. The 2nd room was somewhat better smell wise but still not fresh. Will not stay again. Only stayed because the reservation was nonrefundable and it would only be one night.”
