“The pictures of the hotel on Expedia are AI. The hotel is under construction. That was not disclosed anywhere until I drove 3 hours to the hotel. The entire hotel is under construction. It was a mess! The elevator looked very sketchy to ride in. The bathtub was dirty. Plus no buffet breakfast like advertised. The best part of my one night stay was the cold AC.”

“Tru was clean, breakfast was sufficent, and I like that I can get drinks and snacks in the lobby. I've stayed at this property multiple times.”

“Well, there were some female hygiene products in the trashcan in the bathroom and there was not a trash bag in the trashcan. I kind of expected there to be small bottles of shampoo and soap, but there wasn’t.”
