“Wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, outstanding staff. William was new, but was very nice and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Caleb went above and beyond. My sister and I had a few concerns because she is handicapped, and he addressed them all and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the room. The young man who was at the desk in the morning (I forgot his name) saw us struggling and carried our bags to the car...he even put our leftovers in a baggie for our trip home! These...

“The receptionist lady was very kind and was sorry about my experience i had with a different hotel and she wished my experience there well. I had no idea there would be a full size fridge and kitchette that was stocked! Im staying there for the rest of the week because of it”

“It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. ”
