“The staff were very friendly and helpful, making up for a few -ish points. The included breakfast was surprisingly average, though, for a Hampton Inn property. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great. Excess water from reconstituted scrambled eggs should probably have been ladled off. It's scrambled eggs, not eggy soup. Excessive guest noise was also an issue (for more than just our room), but the support team were very responsive and reached out to the parents straight away to get a...

“Room and bathroom was clean. The decor was dated and couch was dirty as well as curtains, window frames had mold. Continental breakfast was lacking, no eggs, sausages undercooked not appetizing, only fruit was an apple. Countertop and tables were dirty.”

“The shower faucet was broken, which affected the shower spigot. The door in the bathroom was falling off the hinges. The beds were also very uncomfortable.”
