“Friendly front desk staff.
Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms.
Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected.
The bed was also clean and comfortable. Lovely plump...

“Arrived at the hotel and check-in was supposed to be at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready until 5:20pm which was frustrating. They don’t have an ice machine, fyi. When we got to our room we had to request our blanket to be changed because it appeared to have a stain/blood on it. Our bathroom mirror was also very dirty. It looked like it was foggy from steam but it was just super streaky from not being clean, so we had to wipe it ourselves. We were also double charged the $75 ‘incidental hold’ fee...
