“Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped.
