“It was shut down!!! I didn’t stay in the room and canceled the booking. There was a giant pee stain on the mattress cover. The property manager guaranteed me I would not be charged and all reimbursements would happen. Why have you Expedia charged my card?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location. I would like a choice of pillows on the bed at hotels. Maybe 2 thinner or regular ones plus 2 thick ones. ”

“Only 1 guy working when we checked in & after we got to the room the tv remote or tv wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t change any channel, couldn’t access the tv guide, called front desk & the guy said he’d be up to look at it after he checked some people in - never showed. LOTS of kids in the motel that night so the hallways were Loud till after 10pm & heard kids in hallway as early as 7am. Bathroom floor hadn’t been swept as there was dirt & crumbs on floor.
