Hotel a Elko New Market

“Excellent staff. Nothing fancy, yet suitable for our stay. Coffee in the morning would have been nice. The outside lots could use a cleaning, trash, especially out back. ”

“This hotel was ok for us. We got a king suite and the couch that was supposed to be a pull out into a double bed was insufficient. The room claims to sleep 4, but I don’t think they mean 4 adults. The “pull out” was not even a pull out but more of a couch where the cushions can be removed to create a “double bed”. The staff was accommodating. The pool is quite small. The continental breakfast was great.”

“The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking.”

“My room was not cleaned, I had a full garbage and stains around the rim of the toilet and trash under the table, I did notify day 1 and 2, was promised to be moved into a clean room and it was never done, I will never stay at this property again ”

“We only needed a place to stay overnight after watching the NBA game and to catch a flight in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the airport with a free shuttle running every 20 minutes. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Price is convenient, good value for money”

“The only complaint I have is that the hotel wifi wouldn’t work in my room. It did work when we left the room but not in it. Being from outside the US we depend on wifi .”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”
