“Breakfast was good, but breakfast room is too small and outdated to the point of shabbiness. No trays or paper napkins available, much too crowded. The guest room was clean, but again, quite outdated. Poor lighting, very dim, nowhere with enough light for putting on contact lenses or makeup. The remote didn’t work most of the time, needed batteries. The tv required my amazon or Netflix ID to work unless I wanted to watch what seemed to be a Christian news channel. The Staff was nice. “Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people.”
