“Staff weren't too knowledgeable as far as promos and discounts for frequent flyers like myself and my brother. We live out of state and granted we are only an hour away but I like to have my ducks in and row before.we get there. When I made the reservation over the phone I was told one thing (that's why we went) and then when we got there, it was a different thing. “What a wonderful staff this place has. Hometown feel with clean rooms and great food.”

“We regretted staying here the whole time. There was no cold water from the tap. The internet was off and on. The room looked like nothing was changed but was renovated by fresh paint and cheap mattresses. You could hear the trains whistling and running all night. It was in a weird area and wasn’t a good stay at all.”
