“The first room they gave me smelled awful. I went and asked for another room and that room was much better but the mattresses on the beds were very squeaky. They need to be replaced”

“We had two rooms under two names. But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. One confirmation number should have showed two rooms with different names We almost ”

“The hotel had a bad smell in hallways and my room smelled like old mold. Then all night there was constant banging on walls, loud noises and what sounded like kids jumping on beds or something. I called front desk to get someone to check but never heard back and it continued. This went on for always the entire night. I got no sleep.”

“Price was ok. Got there, noticed that there was a lot of traffic… busses full of teammates, probably going to a game etc. The staff looked stressed out. Elevator was filthy, right outside my door was an open trash bag… smelled bad…room was decent… clean sheets. Bathroom needs an upgrade tiles had old grout stains that needs some attention. So overall 1.5 stars maybe round up to 2 and thats generous. Sorry! ”

“This property is excellent !! The staff is friendly. They have fresh lemon lime water with ice in lobby. The staff is always pleasant . The gym is nice also. Only disappointment no pool or jacuzzi. last time they had it. In hotel. The restaurants are within walking distance. ”

“The staff and the cleanliness of the room were great. The front desk was SO nice and breakfast was wonderful. However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. My dog was constantly barking our entire stay. Maybe place dogs at the end of the hall or even on the...
