“Wasn't pleased with random items for trash under one bed, but the other was clean. some spots on the blankets as sheets possibly stain. We also noticed the bathroom needed updating. Toilet tank lid was broken/cracked. Walls in the room and hallway were also heavily cracking.”

“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

“The continental breakfast is not the best”

“The staff was wonderful and very friendly. When walking in the entrance was clean. You are hit with a stronger than normal smell of cleaner which was a bit odd. Beyond the lobby, the hotel seems to be in the older side and does appear to require updating and repairs. By all means it was not straight up gross but it was not my level of liking (apparently I am bougie). Hallways smelled pretty “herbal” but that is not the hotels fault. Once in the room, it was clean but did not look like the photos...

“did not have breakfast, but looking at it, it was very small and either out of things or not enough stock. I passed on it. The bathroom appeared to have NO light switch that I could find. Used the entry light to see, and didn't use the shower.”

“This hotel would’ve been awesome back in the day! It has a very old world European feel with all the opulent dark wood work. We stayed in a suite which was very large with two bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. The breakfast was ok and the condition of the property was dated and worn. They are in the process of renovating the first floor. Once the hotel is fully renovated, it will be a great place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. The view from the riverside is...
