“Parking was fine and breakfast was decent. Lack of coffee/tea in room was unexpected. ”

“Clean and comfortable non-fussy hotel room. Roku TV with availability for streaming services. Nice view of woods if your room faces that way. No microwave in room, but I believe there is one in the hotel lobby/office.”

“The room was clean, they offer free breakfast. However the pool and hot tub were not I service. ”

“Swimming pool was down for repairs during the first part of our say due to kids tearing a pool light out. The complimentary breakfast was okay although the milk was sour. They replaced the milk with new cartons. The pillows are soft and fluffy but i prefer firmer pillows.”

“The motel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We’ve stayed in this motel every time we visit our family and they live 20 minutes away. That’s how much we like staying here. ”

“Vecchio, poco pulito, senza ascensore. Non e’ come si vede dalle foto .”

“We did not get a breakfast. The telephone in the room was broken,the sliding door was so hard to push open or close. We had to call the maintenance man to get the tv to work. So many things had gone wrong we didn’t even try the shower. We had gone here for our 56th anniversary so we were very disappointed.”

“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared...

“When we walked into the Red Roof Inn we immediately smelled a clean, lemon smell. It was heavenly. The lady at the desk, I believe her name was Cynthia was beyond helpful and kind. She was upbeat, smiled, answered all our questions, gave great recommendations for restaurants. Having her at the front desk is an excellent way to welcome guests.”

“Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with good selection of pillows. The hotel was very quiet.”
