Located on the second floor of a large Victorian with two other units,
this apartment features a spacious layout with delightful décor.

A stylish king size bed awaits you in the primary suite that is both sophisticated
and cozy. The well-appointed bathroom offers a tile shower/tub combo for your
convenience. And the spacious living room invites relaxation with comfortable
seating and entertainment options that are perfect for unwinding after your
adventures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. A new, stackable
washer and dryer make it easy to get laundry done while you’re traveling!

One of the standout features of this apartment is the access to a shared hot tub,
nestled in its own private cottage on the property. It’s available to book anytime
during your stay. Although shared amongst guests, the tub is regularly maintained
for ultimate cleanliness and enjoyment. With its prime location near Downtown, Old Town and the Waterfront, you will find yourself just moments away from local shops, restaurants, and many attractions. Come experience the Victorian charm of this enchanting apartment, perfect for a
romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat.

Guest access
Guests will get a key to the lobby area where they enter into the home, a key for their unit, and will have access to the key for the hot tub area, upon making an appointment to use the facilities.

So many great things about this home! Our unit was clean, kitchen stocked with staples, including fresh coffee beans and a coffee grinder, very quiet, bed comfy, adorable yard! Plus, it’s only 5 minutes from old town and bay side. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the cutest Victorian apartment. The decor was lovely. Full kitchen and laundry. The bed was super soft. The only difficulty i had was very lare at night trying to get the key out of the lockbox. It would be easier if it were at eye level and it was difficult to get it open. I was tired after a 6 hour drive, i acknowledge. Otherwise lovely place. Thanks Amy.
