“The property is extremely run down. Wasn't expecting a palace but everything about this property was dirty, run down, tired, and needing a refresh. There was ants crawling everywhere in my room because the door was left propped open by the cleaning staff, and the weather strip on the bottom of the door was gone. I know we're in the woods but there was spider webs on all of the corners of the exterior and the balcony railings. Beds were tired, the shower was being held together with caulking, and...
