“Camera confortevole, non molto grande, ma buona per pochi giorni. La pulizia non era stata fatta alla perfezione al nostro arrivo, in più il frigo non era funzionante, ma dopo la nostra segnalazione è stato riparato. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.”

“A great B&B lovely breakfast with a verity of choices bedroom very clean and comfortable bed Close to the train station the center of town and seafront ”

“2nd visit here so was slightly disappointed with the room this time as the bathroom was tiny and the shower was so small and had a high step to get in it i was unable to use it due to issues with one of my legs so had to strip wash for 3 days and just put my head in when washing hair.”

“Im blue badge holder and was asked to pay £15 a night asked staff to cha ge our bedding just turned it round came back with body rash”

“Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure. That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping. They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least...

“Tired 'club double' room in need of a complete refresh. Overnight technical breakdown resulted in no hot water throughout the hotel during the first morning. Note that the indoor pool is small (3 able to swim at one time) and slots have to be booked in advance rather than turn up & use.”

“A good place to stay. Hotel nicely decorated for christmas and convenient for pier, beach and high street. The room and shower room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was helpful and cooked breakfast was tasty.breakfast ”

“Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff.As travelling alone I was really impressed with the extra hinge on the door to stop door being opened if someone tried to get in with a key card .very reassuring.Delicious food in the restaurant ”

“We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.”
