Hotel a Fairdale

“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. I checked in on March 15 and left immediately after seeing the condition of the room. The bed was dirty with hair on it, there were ants in the bathroom, and it was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. On top of that, some of the outlets didn’t work. The entire room felt unsanitary and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk right away to cancel, and they told me they couldn’t switch my room and that I would need to dispute the charge with my...

“I was disappointed they didn’t have a hot tub, literally the only complaint ”

“Nice hotel and good breakfast. Nice pool, laundry, and workout room.”

“Wasn't pleased with random items for trash under one bed, but the other was clean. some spots on the blankets as sheets possibly stain. We also noticed the bathroom needed updating. Toilet tank lid was broken/cracked. Walls in the room and hallway were also heavily cracking.”

“The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The renovated rooms are nice and I felt like they were clean. There was some wear and tear on some of the furniture. There was a coffee maker but no water to use in it. No vending machines on the floors to buy water. The breakfast however was awful. No juices, sausage was totally out. There were biscuits but no butter. Potatoes were not good. There was some kids yogurt and some cereal.. A gallon of milk. Needless to say, we didn't eat it and...

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“Walls and shower were dirty. And.the carpet was wet by the far bed upon check in random hairs all over the counter as well.”

“The carpet was damp from concrete moisture. It’s smelled like wet carpet in our room. The fan on high with a/c and an open window helped. My daughter found a couple very small bugs and Googled their description. They were possibly baby bed bugs. She was too scared to look under the sheets. My daughter ate the pre-made egg patty and sausage patty, but then started to vomit 10 minutes later. I’m not one to complain to staff, so I just won’t stay here ever again. ”
