“Horrible property, criminal mismanagement. Our room had a horrible odor that worsened when we ran the A/C unit. It smelled like either an animal had died in the vent or the prior occupant had vomited all over the room without anyone cleaning. We checked out after 1 horrible night and switched hotels. At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused...

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers). “Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

“Our room was okay. However, the shower gel was empty. Couldn’t even get a squirt out of it. Maid service was only every three days, which was fine but on the third day, all they did was empty the trash and put fresh towels in the room. Didn’t make the bed, shower gel wasn’t filled. The “free” breakfast was a joke.”
