Suite was very clean , beautiful bathroom . i was not happy with the living area , walls were painted dark blue and there was no window . i had expected a view of the Capitol grounds but it was like living in a cage . I believe it false advertising because on line it showed a nice , comfortable , light room with a window . I was told the hotel was full because of a convention and I could not change to another room .”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

“Check in good, room and amenities spacious and clean. Construction going on, elevator a mess and felt like it was going to fall apart, no flooring and walls being replaced in elevator. Once they get all construction done will likely be much nicer hotel. Overall decent stay.”

“Hotel was so clean that I felt at home! We actually spent a lot more time than expected in the hotel because it was so comfortable, and we were tired out from King’s Dominion. Beds were a bit softer than I’m used to, but clean. Free breakfast was good, they had delicious lemon scones one day, and their waffle station was well stocked.
