“Air conditioner good. Bed creaked so badly we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. Flood lights shone through windows with difficulty drawing curtains and blinds inoperable. Bath clean and supplied. Furniture worn and needs repair. Hair dryer very old and weak. Noise from below invaded. Nice try for history but not worth the price. ”

“It's definitely one of the more modernized hotel options in Richmond. I do miss their breakfast buffet which was very good and quick to grab a bite.”

“Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands ”

“Incredibly friendly staff with a welcoming bar/lounge area that's perfect for a relaxing drink while finishing the last of your work on your laptop or getting ready for a night out. Great location close to the Convention Center if that's an aspect of your stay. Several good restaurants within walking distance.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.”

“We got checked in, went to our room and the beds were made but it had not been cleaned and the air condition did not work. They did give us another room and it was fine ☺️”
