“Diamond and Andy were so welcoming at front desk. They explained many things to us and apologized for the problems we had with valet. We were going to complain about the valet and the prices but they explained it is a better deal than going across the hotel to public parking. The room was great. Full kitchen with regular fridge, dish soap and sponge and dishes forls and knives. Coffee maker in room. We felt very safe. Hotel was vety clean. Breakfast was ok. “The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Nothing we couldn’t handle but there was one time that the lady cleans the room do not knocked the door just opened it. And my husband and I were just getting out the shower. Plus on 5/8/26 our second day there they changed the bed take out the trash but didn’t clean the bathroom. Not even changed the trash from that. It’s not complaint we’re just fine about it. It’s just to make sure other people not going to have the same experience.”
