Hotel vicino a Virginia War Memorial - Richmond

“The hotel itself is charming with a lovely courtyard and it is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We were there on a weekend and they may have been short staffed but our room wasn’t serviced even though I was assured it would be. The main problem was that the room itself was tiny. There was only one chair and no desk or table. The TV was on the far wall and the only way to watch it would have been to stand in the doorway to the room.”

“Spacious room with very comfortable beds and comfy pillows. Stayed overnight during the road trip, the location was purfect with many restaurants and bars within a walking distance.”

“Everything was clean and the staff did a great job. But the guest know that you don’t have a parking lot or a pool 🏊‍♂️ I saw on the advertisement that there was a pool, but when we checked in. We found out that there was no pool 😢. Other than that everything was great. Thanks.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Our only complaint was the noise coming from neighboring rooms. At 1 AM we heard adults, shouting, children, screaming, and crying, and the TV volume was extremely loud. Encouraging guests to follow the noise ordinance would’ve made for a better rest as we were waking very early for a flight. The shuttle service, however, was extremely helpful and on time.”
