“Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. “Our stay was outstanding. I was upgraded from two deluxe room to 2 bedroom suite. It was spanking clean, spacious and easy access to the beach, front desk, food areas and next to the pool. All inclusive food and drinks are excellent for our group. Room service was great, they were fast and efficient. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. There are variety of food including dessert and ice cream. We were there for a wedding and It was a mini vacation well spent.”

“2 large bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twins. AC in bedrooms only. Beds were hard. Small bugs everywhere. hotel pool area was very nice and clean. Oxxo right next door, so easy to get drinks and some food. Fresh vegetables - couple blocks away. Very quiet.”
