Hotel a Fletcher

“The lobby was decent. It was easy to check in. The room however wasn't clean. There was hair in multiple places in the room. The beds weren't made. Come to find out, the room should've never been rented out because it wasnt cleaned even though it was assigned to us. The staff was helpful to get the room cleaned. They offered us complimentary breakfast vouchebut we chose to cancel the reservation and went to a different hotel.”

“Great place!!! Staff was amazing, one lady had it decorated for Easter from her own supply...shows they love it. Breakfast was great, wonderful coffee machine, and the pool was lovely. Usually expect to have loud noises and the smell of weed at locations near here and there was none of it. ”

“Me suspendieron la reservación, llegamos tarde porque mi viaje lo atrasaron estábamos bien cansados y ahí nos informan que no las cancelaron sin razón alguna y ya estaba todo pago y al sol de hoy estoy luchando para que me devuelvan mi dinero. Fuimos para la graduación de nuestra hija y nos encontramos con esta terrible situación. ”

“We had several issues while staying here from them losing power and not having a backup generator to the elevator nor work to no hot water. Internet not working so not able to watch tv. Pool area had chemiclas all over the deck area, to dirty bathrooms. Addressed these issues with staff and was promised that management would contact me within 72 hrs. Nothing from management but noticed they refunded $23.25 back to my card. They should have done better than that. I would not recoomend this place...

“The moment we arrived the staff welcomed us. The room was very clean. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and fresh. We'll definitely be back. ”

“Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed.”

“There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.”

“The website claimed they had a pool and a on site sports bar when booking the room. The Pool was closed on arrival. The on property sports bar was closed permanently prior to booking our trip. The room was small. It was very hard to navigate 2 adults and 2 kids in such a small space.”

“Check is was friendly. Room and Bath were clean and simple. Facility is older, think 60s - 70s motel. It was perfect for one night sleep.”
