“The only negative comment I have is that I think there might be mold in the rooms. I had a very hard time breathing in the rooms and was fine when I would leave for the day. I ended up with a respiratory infection. I know it’s sounds silly but, OTHER THAN THAT…everything was great! I enjoyed The Blue Gator for dinner and the room was VERY large! ”

“The breakfast and dinner were a life saver for my wife and I. A very stressful couple of days literally vanished day the kindness of this property employees. The area was amazing and peaceful. The pond was a calming area. Though I’ve never ever heard of a hotel serving dinner. This place rocked. ”

“The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed—refrigerator, TV, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner, and more. When I first entered, it felt a bit humid—probably because the AC had been turned off—but it improved once I turned the air conditioner on. It's a quiet location, just a 10-minute drive from UF. If you're visiting the UF campus or UF hospital, this is an excellent spot. The property offers a great combination of location and price. I plan to stay here...

“Room was big and very comfortable. Everything was super clean. Staff was mostly friendly. Parking was free and very close to the property entrance. Fridge was very cold and the AC rocked!”

“The location was poor. Room in poor condition. Morning breakfast was a joke. Would never recommend. Had additional charge of a $50 deposit refundable in the morning. They tried to keep it stating I didn’t pay it, only when advising I would be calling local police for a theft report did I get it back. ”
