“Nice hotel, nice breakfast, great location and I have stayed there many times. The bad part is that they now charge for parking for the first time, which is ridiculous. You can park on the street or anywhere around the hotel for free. For some reason, with booking the hotel on Expedia, I was able to avoid the parking fees. When. I was checking out, the hotel clerk said, "I don't know how you avoided the parking fees!" And I said, "Good! See you later. " Then I left the hotel.”

“The price. Is why I stayed here. I’ve been going to Gainesville every other weekend since 2/4 to visit my sister in shands hospital.
This is one of the better places for the price.
It looks like they’re remodeling and I always say you get what you pay for. I was happy to say better than expected.”

“The hotel is five years old yet it looks and smells brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower was excellent and the room was very clean.
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved using the clean pool. We will definitely stay here again.”
