“I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first. In speaking to the General Manager he spent an hour and a half telling us we could not get any compensation but one nights stay at a future time. He said he found a...

“located next to a great breakfast lunch place and safeway and cvs were a block away.. what more could you ask for and the place was surprising very quiet.”

“Breakfast warm & fresh. Parking safe. Problem with TV everytime we turned it on but temporarily corrected by front desk. On day 2 ran into maintenance man, Eric, that worked on it for a while & corrected issue. Stayed in handicapped room but no shelves, hooks or rods for towels or clothes. And, floor from bedroom to restroom was nit level causing a tripping hazard.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. We selected this hotel because we needed 24 hr check-in due to a very late arrival. When checking in, the gentlemen we had obviously woken up at 2:30 am dropped the key in the slot and walked away without even telling us where our room was. The non-smoking room smelled like an old ashtray immediately upon opening the door. The room was small, bathroom was dirty and this location had obviously not been re-done in a very long time..
