“We were highly disappointed. Although we booked through Expedia, we are long time Marriott BonVoy members & this was NOT Marriott quality at all. 1st we got the wrong room. Hours after checking in, I went to front desk & heard a man checking in, last minute with NO RESERVATION & got the room that we were suppose to have!! Really?... 2nd, The hotel had NO TV SVC. Absolutely no TV. After driving from VA, we had very specific plans on how we would end our VERY LONG DAY/NIGHT. Can we survive without...

“If you stay here, you better be prepared because there was nothing in the room except an iron and ironing board - no glasses, no hair dryer, no coffee in room or anywhere on the property. We needed a cup for water and I had to get the front desk to raid the breakfast closet. Otherwise the room was quite nice and had a kitchen. But to use it, you have to bring everything. We didn't take a shower because we didn't want to walk around with wet hair. Nice room for one night.”

“The room was good, nice view of the ocean. The upholstery on the sofa and desk chair needs to be re-upholstered. The carpet and bedding was damp. Upon entering the room the A/C unit was set on high, probably to dehumidify the room.”
