Hotel in zona Friendly, Fort Washington

“The Hotel is in a good location but it has a smoke smell. Room was clean but certaibly not a new location. Breakfast its not so good. But staff was friendly and kind ”

“The hotel is a bit dated. But location and staff are great. My only one complaint is I tried operator a number of times but there is no one picking up the phone. Not sure why. ”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“Our multiple night stay was excellent! The staff was welcoming and very helpful! If we could, we would give staff member EJ ten stars!! He was awesome! He gave us helpful tips navigating DC, gave us a list of places to eat; was just overall helpful and patient with our questions. The hotel was very clean and pleasant overall. It was a short drive from DC, yet just far enough. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!”

“This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff personnel were friendly and professional. The room was nicely done and clean and breakfast was good and varied. Right across the road is the Springfield Mall, with pleanty of eating and shopping options.”

“Going through some renovation as of March 2026 but the room and bathroom were clean, the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day, and the staff were helpful and nice. Parking was easy around the building. ”

“Good stay ”

“Do not reserve a room at this hotel!! They allow overbooking, and then once the rooms are filled day of check in, they will cancel your room. I showed up for a dance competition, and my room had been canceled for this reason. I had to quickly find another hotel and then we were staying down the street instead of in the hotel where the competition was. None of the staff ever said I’m sorry or seemed to care at all that I was inconvenienced by this. ”

“It's extremely loud from the highway traffic( plumbing is terrible- every time someone flushes or runs water I could hear it through my room”
