“Very clean apartment and quiet location. Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Full water Brita jug in refrigerator was a welcoming touch. Key did not open pool gate- but pool looked great. ”

“We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open.”

“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

“1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app. Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage. We booked 4 people...
