“The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room were clean. We got there about an hour after the check in time. However, when we arrived that’s when the people who clean the place had just arrived. We waited an additional 20 minutes for them to clean the place. Everything went well. The place was humid upon arriving and stayed that way during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and they were able to bring extra towels for our stay. Overall, it was a great stay.”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

“So cute! Very nice neighborhood w/fabulous views. Owners were very kind and responsive. Nice walks around the neighborhood and really good trail options close by. ”

“The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning. ”
