Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

“The property is located in a perfect spot for accessing Old Town activities and shopping. I've stayed on the other side of Scottsdale Dr and this location was much quieter and felt more family oriented. It was ideal for our trip.”

“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

“Overall it’s a very nice house, however the carpets in every room were worn and stained black (carpet is supposed to be a tan/greyish color), which grossed me out. So much to where I didn’t want to walk barefoot. My toddlers socks were also black after one day of walking on the floors. The couch is 3 pieces and it’s not attached so you have to be careful where you sit or you could fall through, the pieces move quite a bit.”
