“The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional.
I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options.
I would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was excellent and super helpful! However, we stayed in a suite and it faced the highway (6 lanes) and the noise transference was fairly high. I'm guessing these are the original windows with the building but these need to be replaced. We've stayed in this hotel before multiple times in a room which doesn't face the property and the noise wasn't an issue.”

One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked.”

“The hotel building was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were dated and the bed was uncomfortable. My expectation with Autograph hotels is that they should be above standard. This one was below standard, in my opinion. I’ve had nicer rooms with better in room amenities at a Red Roof. The TV brought be back to the 90s. No streaming capability and only 15ish live channels to choose from. The guide was a scrolling guide- nothing I could go through on my own. I haven’t seen the scrolling...
