Hotel a Frankfort

“We got I. Late after a concert….quick check in with friendly staff. The room is great with comfortable beds, ample storage and space to move around the room. Once in the room no outside noise to disturb a good nights rest. Would stay here again!!!”

“Holiday Inn Express is never a surprise. It's always well maintained and clean, the breakfasts are good and the staff is pleasant. We booked this one at the last minute while on the road and were not disappointed.”

“They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone ”

“I left my jacket in the closet and didn’t realize it until I left. I called and the clerk promptly checked on it and mailed it to me. It should arrive before I get back home!”

“I asked for a later check out at 12:30 or 1 and the person working the front desk said they would put a note in about it. The next day the cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 11 and the lady said that they didn’t give late check out. ”

“Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just...

“Clean facility and room/bathroom, remodeling going on to make it even better, front desk staff was amazing and breakfast offered us everything we wanted and more. I would highly recommend staying here!”
