“Some trouble with check in, and the fridge didn’t work, so we lost a lot of food. Otherwise, it was fine”

“The staff was excellent. Parking great. Only complaint have not received an invoice from stay and we booked an extra night supposedly at the best price but pretty pricey”

“This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

“The room was clean but they need to deep clean and just buy new sheets for the beds. It’s to many spots on them. Also doors were dirty well the bathroom door was really dirty with spots and the shower needs to be cleaner, like the walls at the top of the ceiling. I had to kill spiders”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Staff was helpful and we were able to check in a hour early which was nice because we drove 2 hours away and we were tired. Our room was clean with plenty of towels thanks.”

“In three nights I stayed there no fresh towels room was a little out dated.”

“Rooms were clean, no coffee pot,not enough towels, was in room for 4 days never got cleaned, smell of weed all the time, always a group of people out side the entrance, people living in there cars in parking lot throwing there trash out, if you wanted clean linens you had to bring your dirty ones down to counter, was there 4 days only seen someone at front desk 2 times. Will not stay again.”

“About a half hr. After I checked in the room, I received a very sexually disturbing call from a private number. I hung up, and they called again with the same vulgar conversation, he heard my husband and told my husband to do vulgar things to me. I recognized the voice as the man who checked me in at the front desk. I was scared that he was also voryerizing us as well. It was very disgusting. I told the check our staff and she acted like it was no big deal.”
