“They are working on the hotel. My room heat didn’t work it was cold during our trip. Front desk staff was great. Maintenance man was rude when we first got there our keys didn’t work so we had to wait for him. He came use his key and made a smart remake saying that it worked. “Very close to Rte 42. Nice staff. Lots of messes and spills in the elevators and parking lot but they cleaned them quickly. Rooms need some updating but everything was clean in the room.”

“The front desk guy mumbles in heavy accent making communication challenging but the facility itself if clean and well maintained. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping and eating choices close by. 10/10”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”
