“It’s exactly what we expected. It’s an old place and you can tell. That’s what gives its charm. We were there for the 4th of July. We got to watch the free concert in the park from our balcony. Everything in the square is walking distance. The only negative I would give, is I wish the back door had blinds. Since it’s next to the street, even with my eyes closed I could see headlights driving by. But I am also a very light sleeper. My husband went right to sleep. ”

“The property was very nice. The room was very clean, and new. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was served, and it was great. We will be back. ”

“I came to Atlanta for a medical procedure and his was the perfect place to recuperate. It was quite spacious had everything we needed and even a great yard for my dog. It was like being in the Forrest yet convenient to everything. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great stay there. My Cousin and I were in town for a fishing trip. The cabin had everything we needed. The kitchenette was fine for the 2 of us and they had a grill outside. Would definitely come back to stay here again. Thought the price was very reasonable for the location and condition of the cabin. Cabin was clean and well appointed for 2 guest. ”

“Great little tiny house that is in a great location in Clayton, Ga. It is centrally located in Clayton allowing easy access to everything you need. We brought the kids and they had a blast. House was very clean and host was great. We will be back. ”

“Not sure the property should be listed for rent. Although they have pictures of the entire property, the spaces are pretty small. The bathroom (especially the toilet,) IS NOT a bathroom. Please invest and install a septic tank; I had a real hard time going up and down the stairs to use the bathroom, and it was not a pleasant experience. I commend their effort and what they built; but everything is quite deceiving. ”

“Wonderful location. Had everything that you could imagine needing from oil to coffee to soap to lawn games. Giant float off the dock made swimming with kids so much more fun. I felt cared for. Hope to visit again.”
