“The room met my expectations though i prefer more closet space”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“I had a couple of serious issues during this stay. The staff handled the situations okay. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. It is close to the highway. I probably would not stay here again but I think it's a solid option if you're in the area.”

“Room was comfortable with basic wi-fi and media streaming, but daily at 5pm I had to re-authenticate to everything which was annoying. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. Staff was extremely friendly. One issue - ants. I picked a King Studio with fridge and bar area to make some meals or snacks but ended up ordering in and making sure to throw my trash away outside the room as there were ants on the tables, ice bucket, and bar area.
